Bespoke

Your bespoke boots are built entirely from scratch—made specifically for your feet, your work, and your way of life.

Each pair begins with precise measurements and a one-on-one design consultation. From a last of your choice, modified to your feet, leather selection to toe shape, heel height, stitching, and finishing details, every element is crafted to your specifications. There are no stock patterns and no pre-made components—just traditional bootmaking done by hand, one pair at a time.

The result is a boot that fits better, lasts longer, and feels distinctly yours.

  • The Blunt

The Blunt is a hand welted western boot. This boot is offered with a hand channeled insole, complimented by a hand sewn welt. Welted construction takes significant technique and attention to detail resulting in a boot that may be resoled and rebuilt for the life of the boot.

The Blunt is a celebration of timeless craftsmanship, designed to endure the hardest days while carrying a classic Western silhouette. Each pair begins with a custom cut upper built from your choice of premium leather. Lined with 2oz English Kip vegetable-tanned cowhide. Customers can choose from a round, snip, or square toe last to create the look and function that best suits their needs.

Strength and support are at the heart of this boot. A hand-moulded oak bark tanned heel counter provides structure that will form to your feet, while the 6mm hand-channeled oak bark tanned leather insole is wet-moulded to the last for comfort that only improves with wear. Beneath it all, a 5″ steel shank adds stability, paired with a leather or cork filler. The entire boot is hand welted—a method that ensures maximum durability, long-term comfort, and the ability to rebuild your boots time and again.

The sole package is chosen by you to suit your wants. A Vibram or Dainite rubber outsole and matching heel offer dependable traction and wear resistance in all conditions, while the heel and midsole are secured with D.B. Gurney brass tacks. Diamond Oak Leather soles are available for traditional builds. Every detail is considered, every material chosen for its ability to stand the test of time.

As with all footwear from Webb Boot Company, these Western boots are designed not just to last, but to be repairable. When the miles add up, they can be resoled and rebuilt, ready to carry you forward for decades to come. Handcrafted start to finish in Hazelton, British Columbia, this is footwear made 100% in Canada, by one pair of hands—for old souls who value tradition and durability.
