Photos of both boots or shoes
Photos of the soles and heels
Close-up photos of the damaged areas
- Always ship footwear as a pair (unless you only have one foot…)
Photo estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed after the footwear has been physically inspected.

Some footwear may be too deteriorated or may not have been constructed in a way that allows for a durable repair. Webb Boot Company reserves the right to decline repairs that are unlikely to produce a satisfactory result.
Customers are responsible for shipping footwear to the shop. Return shipping and applicable taxes are additional.
Caulk Conversions
Logging boots are an investment worth treating right. If the leather uppers are in justifiable condition, the old soles may be removed and replaced.
Logging spikes may be adapted to most hiking boots. The caulked sole is made of high shore Topy Strong with standard threaded receptacles to receive Champ spikes. Steel and Cermec spikes are available.
