- Webb Boot Company warrants against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Sole Separation:
- Separation of the sole from the upper is covered under this warranty. If your boots experience sole separation during the warranty period, we will repair the product.
Stitching and Hardware:
- Defective stitching or faulty hardware that affects the performance of the footwear is covered.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or damage caused by improper care or cleaning.
Claim Process:
- To initiate a warranty claim, contact Webb Boot Company through webbbootco@gmail.com
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
- Our team will assess the nature of the issue and determine whether it falls within the warranty coverage.
- If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the footwear at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a suitable replacement.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Webb Boot Company for assessment. If the claim is approved, Webb Boot Company will cover the return shipping cost.
Limitations:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty is applicable to products purchased directly from Webb Boot Company or authorized retailers.

Custom Boots
No Returns or Exchanges
Eligibility for Revision
- Custom boots cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged as they are made specifically to your measurements and specifications.
- Revisions to custom boots may be made in certain circumstances.
- Custom boots are eligible for revision only if they meet the following criteria:
- The boots must be within the warranty period of one year.
- The boots must be in reasonably new condition.
- Please note the ‘Measurement Disclaimer’ in the Fit Guide.
Revision Process
- If you believe your custom boots qualify for a revision, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant photos.
- Upon approval, ship the boots back to us at the provided address. Please ensure the boots are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Revisions and Adjustments
- If the boots do not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary revision. Further revisions will incur additional costs.
- Shipping costs for the return and revision will be covered by the customer.
