The Valhalla 10″ boot with a spring heeled caulk sole is designed as a bush boot for loggers, arborists, wildland firefighters and foresters who need the extra grip. Made with premium 7/8/9oz leather to ensure durability and protection. Stitched standard with nylon thread. A thick 6mm insole is complimented by a dense 3.5mm(stitchdown) or 5mm(naildown) midsole, nailed with brass tacks, followed by a hand built spring heel, 2.2mm slip sole and 6mm Topy Strong soling. Hobnails and steel toe plates along the outsole stitch prevent excessive wear.

The Munson last provides a comfortable and classic shape to the boot with an average arch profile and is available in various widths to suit. The SNF55 is a traditional logger shape with a high arch, higher heel, and is available in various widths. The 196 EEE last is similar to the shape of the SNF55 but with a lower heel and arch. If you have specific requests do not hesitate to inquire.

Made to order by one pair of hands.

Choose the shape of your boot. Munson = Round, high toe, low volume. SNF55 = Round, flat toe, mid volume. 196 (EEE only) = Round, flat toe, mid/high volume.
Measure your foot(heel to big toe) in centimeters. Choose a size that is approximately 5mm longer than your foot.
C = Narrow. D = Average. EE-EEE = Wide. Please contact for fit inquiries.
Your choice of leather for the upper. Please inquire for special requests.
Select the thread for your boots.
Optional finger loop. Default style is without loop.
Provides a soft toe box. Not usually advised for caulks.
Stitchdown contributes to water proofing around the front of the boot. Naildown (Only available on Last #: SNF55) is more rigid and easily resoleable.
A full length steel plate. Adds rigidity and puncture protection.
Two pieces of 3.5mm oak bark tanned leather for added support.
Soles are spiked with steel or cermec. Cermecs are longer lasting, but not as sharp as the steels.
Spring or block heel option. Spring heels are built with a one piece sole. Block heels are a separate piece which is nailed on.
Hand dyed and burnished to your preference.

    Awesome boots! Great fit and very durable. I’ve been wearing mine for several months now in some of the harshest terrain that BC’s coast has to offer, and they hold up great! I highly recommend to any logger or forest professional.
    If you make your living on your feet, these boots are worth the cost!
